The PG Department of Management Studies offers PG Degree in Management Studies (MBA-Regular-2 Years). This department comes under the administrative jurisdiction of M S Engineering College. The College is affiliated to VTU, Belgaum, approved by AICTE, New Delhi and recognized by Govt. of Karnataka.

• Mr.Samson Deva Paul (IV Sem) has won a best case analyst award held at SJBIT. Bangalore on Feb 28-29, 2010.
• Mr.Samson Deva Paul (IV Sem)  & Mr. Pradeep.P (IV Sem)  Participated in national conference held at MSRIT, Bangalore on April 20-21, 2011 and REVAISM, Bangalore on March 31, 2011.
• The Student have participated and won the prizes in various management fests held at different colleges in Bangalore.
• Mr.Sanketh.R and Mr.Lavi Kumar.M (IV Sem) had won first Prize in Dalal Street in intercollegiate management fest held at sheshadripuram Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore on April 28-29, 2011.
