M.S Engineering College is managed by M.S Educational Trust, Bangalore founded in the year 2001.Sri K.Muniswamy Raju is the president of the trust and is also a Builder and Estate owner. He is the founder Trustee of Sri. Krishnadevaraya Educational Trust which runs the Sir. M. Visvesvaraya Institute of technology(Est-1986) and Sri Krishna Devaraya College of Dental Science(Est-1992). He is also the secretary of Thirumala Vidyaniketana High School for 10 years, member of Vyalikaval High School & college for the past 25 years. He is in the field of Education for more than three decades and has a vast experience in managing Educational Institutions. He is also the Governing Council member of Atria Institute of Technology.
